Our client are an established and successful manufacturer in the M62 corridor seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This role will cover buying (a spend of circa GBP17m) planning (mostly Excel focused and relatively manual) warehouse (goods in and good out with a sizeable stockholding) and transport (some of their own fleet, but utilising 3PL providers too) and be responsible for a headocunt of around 30 people. They are looking for a confident leader of people who can get better performance out of their existing team through effective training and management.
