Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management. Build and maintain these relationships, managing supply chain queries and delivering exceptional service.
• Act as key contact for retailers on all supply chain matters, delivering solutions to ensure service excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supply, quality, and sustainability.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Support the wider Supply Chain team in achieving best-in-class performance.

Overview: We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Supply Chain Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking food business based in the North-East.
