Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + benefits

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across our engineering systems network. The role combines strategic oversight with a hands‑on approach to ensure that quality, cost, and delivery standards consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance management of key suppliers, establishing measurable KPIs and strategic improvement plans.
  • Integrate supplier capabilities into product development and production pipelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and build resilient relationships that promote mutual innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure robust supply continuity.
