Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Lead Supply & Demand Planning, translating forecasts into accurate supply plans and driving S&OP processes.
• Manage Procurement, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best cost, quality and lead times, and building long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Optimise Inventory Management, maintaining ideal stock levels to balance service and cost while reducing waste.
• Oversee Logistics & Distribution, ensuring timely, cost‑efficient delivery and managing transportation providers.
• Leverage ERP systems to drive process improvements, real‑time visibility and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Track KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, trade and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Knowledge for the role:

• Significant experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management.
• Understanding of complex Global Supply Chains.
