We’re seeking a results‑driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial mindset to lead internal projects, streamline operations and manage key supplier and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal supply chain projects focused on efficiency and performance
• Oversee and optimise cost control strategies across procurement, warehousing and logistics
• Prepare and deliver internal reports covering stock levels, KPIs, delivery performance and costs
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, transport providers and business partners
• Handle and resolve supply chain claims, service disputes and delivery issues
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve overall supply chain planning and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, client SLAs and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics or operations management role
• Excellent analytical skills, confident working with data, KPIs and reports
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise with clients, partners and internal teams
• Experience leading internal improvement projects or cost‑saving initiatives
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable managing disputes and driving resolutions diplomatically
