MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a fast-growing challenger brand in the luxury food space. This business is scaling rapidly and needs a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to keep operations flowing smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to join a startup that sits at the intersection of food and wellness, with a global retail presence and ambitious plans for the UK market.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Forecasting demand and managing production runs with suppliers and co-manufacturers

Keeping stock levels healthy (finished goods + raw materials) while avoiding costly stockouts

Owning and optimising Excel-based tools (and helping transition to smarter systems such as Unleashed)

Coordinating B2B, B2C and 3PL logistics across Europe and the UK

Managing pallet sends and international shipping paperwork

Overseeing larger retail orders (£3–15k+) and ensuring OTIF delivery

Building and documenting smart, scalable supply chain processes

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

Food industry experience strongly preferred

Excel whizz with attention to detail

Experience handling high-volume order processing

A doer, not just a delegator — happy to roll up sleeves in a small but mighty team
