Our Supply Chain Management Programme offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of commercial and procurement and supply chain activities, setting you on the path to a successful career in this dynamic field.

You’ll engage in key areas such as supplier performance management, supply chain management strategic sourcing, contract development, and business demand planning.

You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting procurement operations and supplier engagement across both the Distribution and Transmission sectors.

This comprehensive exposure will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the fast-paced world of supply chain management, while contributing to the delivery of critical infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage demand and performance
  • Support contract development, reviews, and supplier relationship management
  • Use tools like SAP, Power BI, and Excel to analyse spend and forecast needs
  • Help shape sustainable sourcing strategies and supply chain resilience
  • Travel across the UK to support supplier engagement and project delivery
What you’ll bring
  • A 2:2 or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Buying & Merchandising or similar
  • Interest in sustainability and commercial strategy
