Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people that embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.

About You:

We’re a fast-paced, high-growth fashion brand on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Supply Chain & Logistics Lead to join our dynamic team.

As part of the Finance & Operations team, this highly collaborative role requires strong operational leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Garment Tech, Retail, Digital, Customer Services and external logistics partners. The role needs to ensure the operational infrastructure, governance, systems, partners and commercial frameworks required to support our ambitious growth plans are scalable, controlled and commercially effective.

  • Establish and monitor clear operational KPIs, SLAs and standard operating procedures with the 3PL and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Ensure channel-specific service requirements and partner delivery SLAs are consistently achieved
  • Manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement across inbound, storage, pick/pack, dispatch, returns and inventory processes.
  • Provide regular forecasts from the various teams to ensure the DC can flex effectively around seasonal peaks, promotions and business growth.
  • Manage operational reviews and provide insightful performance reporting back to the senior leadership team.
  • Lead the development and optimisation of international distribution solutions

  • Ensure supply chain data within NetSuite and related WMS systems support accurate and scalable execution
  • Strong experience managing multiple carriers and courier partners across domestic and international markets.
  • Lead carrier selection, tendering, contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Manage international freight, customs, duties and cross-border requirements
  • Monitor carrier KPIs including cost, delivery performance, claims, failed deliveries and customer experience.
  • Continually review the carrier network to ensure it remains competitive, resilient and scalable.

EPR & Sustainability

  • Own and develop the company’s EPR packaging compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate packaging data, reporting and registration requirements are maintained across relevant markets.
  • Work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability.
  • Stay up to date with evolving UK and EU packaging legislation and ensure the business remains compliant.
