What You'll Do

• Transport Coordination: Plan and monitor deliveries, liaise with carriers, and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily activities, maintain stock accuracy, and keep everything running smoothly alongside the Warehouse Supervisor.
• SAP & Data Management: Use SAP to manage inventory, track movements, and generate reports that keep the business on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, cut costs, and boost service levels.
• Supply Chain Support: Provide vital administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or transport coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of freight operations and warehouse processes.
• A sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
