Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the supply chain, purchasing, and logistics operations. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating with international suppliers to arrange production and timely shipment of goods
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and 3PL providers to manage inbound deliveries and warehouse logistics
  • Processing goods receipts, stock movements, and system updates using internal IT systems
  • Managing supplier relationships, chasing overdue orders, and resolving delivery issues
  • Approving vendor and freight invoices, and ensuring customs documentation is accurate
  • Monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and supporting stock counts
  • Communicating with internal teams to schedule production and assembly jobs
  • Acting as the point of contact for 3PL performance, storage instructions, and quality issues
The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in systems such as Sage, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
  • Confidence working with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving

You must also be within a commutable distance to Tonbridge, as this is a full-time, office-based position.
