• Monitor and track deliveries through Customs clearance.
• Maintain shipping and product trackers.
• Liaise and maintain communication with Far East suppliers.
• Oversee stock movement across the supply chain.
• Manage logistics processes for timely delivery.
• Administer shipping documentation.

Job description

Due to continued growth my client, who supplies into well known household brands is now looking to recruit a supply chain / logistic coordinator . Due to the nature of the industry this is a very fast paced environment, where there is always something to do.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain
• Plan and coordinate deliveries from port to warehouse, ensuring timely arrivals
• Monitor and track deliveries, overseeing goods through Customs clearance procedures
• Maintain shipping and product trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Liaising and maintaining effective communication with suppliers based in the Far East via email and other channels
• Overseeing and coordinating stock movement across the supply chain
• Managing logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Administering shipping documentation and associated requirements

The role would suit someone with previous supply chain / logistics experience, who loves what they do and wants to continue to learn and develop their career.
