Job summary

Disturbia in Cramlington is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to lead supplier operations, sustainability and process development across the business. You will oversee supplier lifecycle, strengthen compliance and transparency, and support cross-functional teams to drive performance and responsible sourcing standards.

• Experience in supplier operations, sourcing or related supply chain role.
• Understanding of supplier standards, ethical trading and compliance documentation.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and onboarding.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve processes and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier lifecycle management from onboarding to ongoing record maintenance.
• Define and maintain supplier requirements across standards, ethics and sustainability.
• Improve supplier operations processes, reporting tools and dashboards for visibility of status and performance.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, Quality, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Identify supplier risks and drive practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage packaging, labels and trims requirements to support compliance and sustainability.
