A leading food company based in Redhill is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory and Waste Coordinator to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. This role includes analysing inventory and waste data, driving cross-functional improvements, and leading initiatives to optimize stock management. Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain within the FMCG or food sector, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position offers a salary of £45,000 and various employee benefits.

Location: Redhill, RH1 3AS
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:30 – 16:00
Salary: £45,000
To reduce commercial waste across the supply chain by improving visibility, analysing root causes, recommending corrective actions, and driving cross‑functional improvements. To manage clearance and redistribution pathways for stock that falls below retailer shelf‑life requirements.
