  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Indirect receipting.
  • Manage Dart (SP20 & IBDs).
  • Expediting deliveries where appropriate.
  • Invoice grief resolution.
  • Facilitate the correction of receipt discrepancies.

£17.92 per hour (afternoon shift)
£20.16 per hour (night shift)
£22.40 per hour overtime Monday‑Saturday
£29.86 per hour overtime Sunday

Working Days

Monday – Friday

Shift Timings

Dayshift: Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:00, Friday 08:00‑12:30
Backshift: Monday‑Thursday 16:00‑00:00, Friday 12:30‑17:00
Night shift: Monday‑Thursday 00:00‑08:00, Friday 17:00‑21:30

Schedule

36.5 hours per week, start date ASAP

Job Purpose

This role will co‑ordinate the day‑to‑day activities of receipting, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stock accuracy, assist with day‑to‑day queries and support ASN, receipt and OS&D processes.

  • Strong IT skills; ability to utilise a variety of computer software packages
  • Self‑motivated with good attention to detail
  • Clean driving licence
  • SAP experience (advantage)
