Finance Manager responsible for leading operational finance activities and acting as a trusted partner to site and regional leaders. This role supports the PDx Molecular Imaging Eindhoven manufacturing site, Radiopharmacies in the Netherlands and Spain, and SPECT CMO operations across Europe. It plays a critical role in driving financial performance, improving cost transparency, and supporting business growth through robust planning, insightful analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, partnering with operations to drive performance and accountability.
  • Lead financial planning and reporting processes including long‑term strategic plans (3‑5 years), annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly close process, through close partnership with FP&A teams.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance metrics, advising leadership on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions, fostering a culture of cost control and predictable execution.
  • Collaborate with Controllership team to ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX, and GAAP.
  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve variable cost productivity (VCP) and enhance profitability.
  • Support capital expenditure (Capex) planning and inventory management, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic objectives.
  • Lead initiatives focused on financial reporting improvements, including budget and estimate processes, standard production cost set‑up, and capital investment planning.
  • Utilize the relevant finance systems including SAP ERP to support analysis and data visibility.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, including forecasting, planning, and leading business reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to link financial results to operational drivers and influence outcomes, and lead cross‑function improvement projects.
  • Demonstrates agility in understanding new concepts and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Able to drive business initiatives while upholding high standards of controllership, compliance, and integrity.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships across international and cross‑functional teams.
  • Operational finance expertise: Solid experience managing finance in healthcare or manufacturing settings, with a strong understanding of production operations and their financial drivers.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and responding effectively to new information, unexpected circumstances, or ambiguity.
  • Consistently adheres to strong ethical and professional standards in decision‑making, communication, and collaboration.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Candidates based in the UK should expect occasional travel to the Eindhoven site, up to 25%, depending on business needs.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Understanding of financial compliance frameworks (SOX, GAAP).
  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Graduate of GE HealthCare's Financial Management Program (FMP) and/or Operational Finance Leadership Program (OFLP), or similar financial leadership development programs.
