Supply Chain & Data Systems Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant team in wonderful surroundings. You will manage key product and pricing data across global systems to support smooth supply chain operations

You'll maintain the central product database, oversee item creation on ERP and internal systems, manage cost price sheets, and support stock reconciliation and inventory batch reviews

You'll also handle data accuracy across portals, price lists, and promotions and will be well suited due to your attention to detail, methodical and analytical approach to data management, and ability to work independently

Your role will involve:
  • Owning and maintaining the Group Central Product Database to ensure timely accurate data and support system consistency across global functions
  • Managing item creation on ERP and internal system platforms
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date cost price calculation sheets to support purchasing, demand planning and pricing analysis
  • Coordinating stock reconciliation activities with partners and internal teams
  • Supporting the build, update, and distribution of Group Price Lists and Promotional Pricing
  • Managing portal data integrity, including regular audits and alignment with master data
  • Performing inventory batch management reviews
  • Preparing annual Supply Chain Budget and managing monthly budgetary reviews
  • Supporting reporting and documentation needs across Group Supply Chain functions
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing structured data in multiple systems
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Proactive, methodical, and systems-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in a data or systems coordination role, preferably in supply chain or operations
  • Ideally knowledge of working on ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BCI
  • Familiarity with product master data, cost management, or pricing workflows is an advantage
