Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process and check purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Ensure compliance with Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs).
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
  • Help reduce product variation and improve catalogue compliance.
  • Support materials management teams with stock, receipts, and order expediting.
  • Use reporting tools to track supplier performance and overdue orders.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure urgent purchasing needs are met.
  • Support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

KFM is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Supply Chain Coordinator professional to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting world-class patient care across one of the UK's leading NHS Foundation Trusts., As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service, supporting material management teams and helping clinical departments receive the right goods at the right time. You'll help streamline processes, spot trends, standardise products and work collaboratively with both internal teams and suppliers.,

Responsibilities
