Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This is a development role, ideal for someone with initial experience in supply chain or customer service environments who is eager to grow into managing their own portfolio of products. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the consistent and reliable supply of critical medicines to patients worldwide.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build skills in end-to-end supply chain coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of supply chain data within SAP, including creation and maintenance of SKU records, BOMs, and related documentation.
  • Assist with monthly forecast uploads and ensure data accuracy for planning purposes.
  • Develop capability to plan and manage supply to international affiliates, aligning with compliance and financial requirements.
  • Process and monitor orders including transfer, customer, and production orders; handle exceptions as needed.
  • Coordinate bulk/API purchases and issue forecasts in line with demand plans.
  • Maintain internal tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com boards) to prioritize QC and operational tasks.
  • Support production capacity reviews and contribute to demand smoothing initiatives during constrained periods.
  • Provide backup support for the Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing Manager as required.
  • Contribute to the overall mission of ensuring a secure and continuous supply of medicines.
  • Uphold a professional and collaborative approach, representing the department positively in all interactions.
