About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a friendly team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing third-party service providers and material suppliers, ensuring production schedules align with customer requirements and supply plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product availability in a timely and cost-effective manner, resulting in On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management of subcontract service providers and raw material/packaging suppliers
  • Schedule and monitor production to meet supply plans and customer orders
  • Lead weekly supplier calls to ensure visibility and adherence to plans
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, confirm dates, and update internal systems
  • Monitor progress against schedules, adjusting priorities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with BSI standards and SOPs through accurate documentation
  • Act as primary contact for warehousing activities, including 3PL contract coordination and performance reporting
  • Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies across supply chain operations
  • Manage inventory control, including stock reconciliation, variance investigation, and rework coordination
  • Support logistics planning for inbound, outbound, and inter-site transport
About You
  • Experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role, ideally within a regulated industry (Pharma, Medical Devices, Food, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of WMS and warehouse operations
  • Proficient in Sage 200 and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and manage priorities effectively

This is an office based role, with the opportunity to move to hybrid working after probation has been passed - this will be two days at home and three days in the office.
