The role is for an engineering manufacturing company that is going through a period of sustained growth and offers great day to day variation where your time will be split between managing inventory control and planning for production, whilst also working directly with suppliers to purchase the materials/goods required for inhouse manufacture.

You will receive full industry related and systems training within the role and will be working as part of a collaborative office-based team.

The role would suit someone who has supply chain experience, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering capacity, looking for a new role with great variation and company benefits.

The Role:

• Manage inventory control, plan for production and purchase materials.
• An office-based role supporting an expanding manufacturing business.
• Full training on industry products and specific MRP/IT systems.

The Candidate:

• Production/materials planning or purchasing experience.
• Ideally some experience within manufacturing or engineering.
