We’re seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement & Innovation Manager to join our Supply Chain leadership team. This newly created role is pivotal in driving transformation across our network, enabling growth, enhancing service levels, and reducing costs through cutting-edge innovation and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation across our supply chain network.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years in supply chain leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, retail, or omnichannel environments.
• Strong background in network optimisation, planning, and operational execution.

Position : Permanent, Full-time

Hours : Monday – Friday, 08 : 45am – 17 : 30pm.
