An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Continuous Improvement & Innovation Manager to join a growing organisation. This newly created position plays a key role in driving transformation across the supply chain network — enabling business growth, enhancing service levels, and optimising costs through innovative thinking and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, analytical, and customer-focused leader with a strong track record in supply chain improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation across the supply chain network.
  • Identify and deliver initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, service speed, and quality.
  • Introduce automation and mechanisation to improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, IT, and operations to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Strengthen network resilience, flexibility, and scalability to meet business demands.
  • Analyse operational performance to identify and resolve root causes of inefficiency.
  • Build agility to manage seasonal and demand fluctuations.
  • Conduct network modelling to align operations with strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardise best practices across the network.
  • Support long-term business planning and commercialisation through supply chain capability development.
Person Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years' experience in supply chain leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or omnichannel environments.
  • Proven experience in network optimisation, planning, and operational execution.
