Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) is seeking a Bank Supply Chain Service Recovery Supervisor to support the audit programme across NWLPS managed sites. The role focuses on compliance, benchmarking and service improvement within a complex hospital and community health setting in London.

The post involves audit planning, data analysis and engaging with stakeholders to drive standardisation and safe, efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, training or experience.
• Experience of working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Materials Management or Receipt & Distribution environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement of the Supply Chain Materials Management Audit Programme.
• Assess compliance with the Supply Chain Materials Management Service Policy and standards; identify risk and non-compliance.
• Review inventory management, replenishment, goods receipting, distribution and workforce deployment.
• Collect, analyse and interpret audit findings to produce assurance scores and benchmarking reports.
• Develop evidence-based findings and prioritised improvement opportunities to support service development.
