Supply Chain & Quality Manager

Derby, Derbyshire

12 Month contract

Rates: Negotiable (DOE)

Hours: 35 per week, worked across 4.5 days (between 7am7pm)

The Opportunity

A major aerospace organisation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Quality Manager to join its team onsite at a key engine‑manufacturing facility in Derby. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused position supporting operational performance, supply chain robustness, and quality governance across a complex, fast‑moving industrial environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within large aerospace or engineering environments and thrives in stakeholder‑rich settings where communication, problem‑solving, and operational oversight are essential.

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, quality, and operational commitments are met.
  • Conduct load and capacity assessments to identify constraints.
  • Lead rate readiness and industrial maturity reviews.
  • Manage supply chain intelligence and escalation when required.
