As a Supply Chain Analyst - Transformation, you will provide critical analytical support to drive strategic change across our supply chain. This role focuses on delivering insights and recommendations that underpin transformation projects, helping us optimise processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels. You'll work with large datasets, advanced tools, and cross‑functional teams to ensure decisions are informed by robust analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support transformation projects by providing data‑driven insights and modelling scenarios.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analysis.
  • Assist in implementing new systems and processes, ensuring accurate data migration and validation.
  • Monitor the impact of changes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and processes, ideally within retail or FMCG.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Conditions

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.

Benefits
  • Discretionary company bonus
  • Company pension up to 7% matched
  • 15% colleague discount in store and online
  • Free access to well‑being services such as Stream, 24/7 virtual GP, counselling, health and dental cash plans and a 24/7 employee assistance helpline, alongside discounts across a range of services and activities, from airport parking, accessible to theme parks and cinemas.
  • Asda Allies Inclusion Networks – helping colleagues to make sure everybody is included and that our differences are recognised and celebrated.
  • Excellent parental leave policies, including maternity & adoption leave, paternity leave, shared parental leave, neonatal care leave, and support for those doing fertility treatments.

We want all colleagues to be able to bring their best and true selves to work, every day. Simply put, we want our colleagues to be proud to be Asda and proud to be themselves.
