At JLR Solihull, the MP&L (Materials Planning and Logistics) team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production and delivery operations. Their responsibilities span the entire supply chain, from supplier coordination to final vehicle delivery.
A core function within MP&L Team is the Release & Follow‑Up team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that materials and components are delivered on time and in the correct quantities to support uninterrupted production. As part of this role you will:
You’ll have demonstrable experience of problem solving, with the ability to communicate to stakeholders at a senior level. You’ll have strong analytical skills and statistical ability and be able to read and produce complex reports to ensure data can be transferred into timely + informed information to help make key business decisions. Working experience of MRP / ERP systems would be a significant advantage.
You’ll have experience or knowledge of project management and process improvement. You’ll be an individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment. You’ll be an effective team player who supports team members.
