Job summary

A local company is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Leicester, offering hybrid working. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP and Excel skills, and experience in supply chain administration. Responsibilities include inventory analysis and data reporting. Compensation is set at £23.00 FCSA umbrella or £17.00 PAYE. This opportunity is for a long-term contract (minimum 12 months).

Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Analyst in Leicester (close to M1 Leicester Forest Junction). Hybrid working available, required on site minimum 3 days per week. Also suitable for Material Planner or Supply Chain Planner roles.

We are currently looking for a supply chain analyst with strong ERP (SAP or similar) and solid Excel skills. You should have experience of category supply chain administration, data manipulation, and be confident using Excel and associated programs.

We have an opportunity with a local company who are looking to source a person for a long‑term contract opportunity (minimum 12 months).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities and tasks for this job include inventory analysis for all locations throughout this global business. You will provide analysis and input of the data, whilst verifying the results and providing process improvements when needed.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant experience of working within a supply chain / purchasing environment.
  • Undergraduate degree from a college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • Confidence in creating reports and updating databases within MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of data, with the ability to report using Excel.
  • Support development of standard work and community materials.
  • Weekly generation of critical risk demand reports.
  • Generate weekly update/reminder communications.
  • Assist in maintaining the process data issues log and driving action.
  • Assist with producing status summary reports for leadership.
  • Assist with audit activity.
  • Previous supply chain / purchasing background advantageous.

Compensation: 23.00 FCSA umbrella (this role is deemed inside IR35) 17.00 PAYE.
