We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our dynamic team. Our Leeds based client is a leading creative agency, who has created this position to support

This key role will involve working collaboratively across all departments to maintain accurate production schedules and ensure seamless delivery from order confirmation to dispatch.

As part of the planning department, you will play a crucial role in supporting production efficiency, maintaining clear communication across teams, and helping us deliver high-quality products on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input all order and sales information accurately into planning systems and tools.
  • Work closely with production teams and department leaders to ensure all jobs are completed according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure artwork is ready to enable production to start on time.
  • Manage stock levels to support daily production needs.
  • Keep sales teams informed of progress, updates, and any issues affecting delivery timelines.
  • Ensure production departments have the necessary materials and information for the following day's work.
  • Support efficient operations by providing clear, accurate, and timely information.
  • Build reliable, effective working relationships with production team members and other departments.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
