  • Manage NUK and third‑party supply contracts, set up new accounts in SAP, and create accurate orders within the system.
  • Process weekly returns and vouchers for all titles to ensure billing accuracy and prepare operational reporting for the business.
  • Collaborate with key teams across Logistics, Circulation, and Allocation to deliver clear, actionable data reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline daily spreadsheet workflows and enhance team efficiency.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Practical experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) alongside proficiency in Excel for reporting and data verification.
  • Hands‑on experience in financial processing, with the confidence to handle adjustments, charges, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Strong analytical ability to spot data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and proactively solve problems.
  • Clear communication and relationship‑building skills to support internal stakeholders effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of the wholesale newspaper supply chain (desirable, but not essential).
