Location: Onsite in Derby
Contract: Until 31/12/2026 (with potential extension)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Rate: £41/hour (Umbrella) | £30.64/hour (PAYE)

In this role, you'll take ownership of supplier success by monitoring performance, readiness, and capacity to keep operations running smoothly. You'll lead design changes and manage work transfers with precision and confidence, ensuring seamless transitions. Quality will be at the heart of your work as you champion initiatives like APQP, resolve non‑conformance issues, and embed best practices across the business.
You'll also play a critical role in risk management, identifying challenges early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track. When the unexpected happens, you'll step in to support project recovery and crisis management, making sure operations stay resilient and efficient.
We're seeking someone with a strong background in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing, who can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll bring hands‑on experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance, along with a talent for data analysis and reporting. Practical problem‑solving and project management skills are essential, and if you have prior experience with safety and quality standards, that's a big plus.
