About the Company

Within the Meiyume portfolio are our own brands, which is where this role will be held. These are Collection Cosmetics, Make Up Gallery, Witch Skin care, Bristow’s Hair Care, Vosense Hair care and Simple and Wrights bar soap.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Supply and Demand Planner, with the ability to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing business requirements and challenge where needed. You will be accountable for the supply of finished goods and the forecasting by SKU by retailer across our portfolio.

We would like the candidate to be organised, a great communicator and passionate about supply and demand planning.

This is a key role within our team as you will be dealing with our global supply chain and major stake holders of the business. You will need to be organised and methodical. Attitude is really important – you must be approachable and be able to build rapport.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
  • Ownership of our Supply plan on a 0–12-month horizon.
  • Track and monitor our aged stock.
  • Create and distribute monthly our slow moving and obsolete stock.
  • Ensure that we have a detailed master production schedule.
  • Call out major supply issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure NPD is loaded and ordered to meet launch requirements.
  • Prepare for and present at the monthly Supply Review Meeting, part of the routine S&OP process.
  • As part of the routine S&OP process, ensure the creation, release and maintenance of files is completed to schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights to build accurate demand forecasts.
  • Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality patterns to make data-driven projections.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities to address demand fluctuations effectively.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand plans with promotional activities and product launches.
  • Regularly review and improve forecasting models to enhance accuracy and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Deliver KPI’s set by the business.
