A leading UK retailer is seeking a Supply and Demand Manager to lead a team focused on optimizing product availability and reducing waste. This role involves collaborative planning with suppliers and teams to launch new products and manage retail inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as familiarity with supply chain tools like RELEX and Excel. This position requires on-site work three days a week in Paddington, London.

As a Supply and Demand Manager in Fresh, a fast-growing area of our Food business undergoing significant transformation, you will be right at the heart of our change. You will lead and inspire a team of planners to deliver exceptional product availability, while minimising waste and optimising inventory levels. But this is not just about metrics. It is about influence, pace and impact. You will drive collaborative planning with suppliers, commercial teams and retail to support promotional activity, new product launches and range changes. With RELEX, our market leading forecasting system built around M&S, you will be part of transforming how we forecast and plan, helping build a more responsive, data-led supply chain that powers our growth ambitions.
This role requires you to be on site in our Support Office in Paddington, London for three days a week. We know that will not suit everyone, and that is okay. If you are looking for a fully remote role, this will not be for you. We are recruiting for two positions: one across Fruit & Floral and the other in Salads & Veg. Categories will be confirmed on or after offer.
