Job description

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Technician to support expanding operations at our Campsie site.

In these roles, you will play a key part in safeguarding the quality of incoming materials and components, ensuring supplier compliance, and strengthening the integrity of our supply chain.

This position is ideal for individuals committed to rigorous quality standards, with the capability to lead supplier investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement activities. You will act as a key link between our organisation and suppliers, driving excellence across fabrication and production lines environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into supplier non-conformities and support corrective action implementation.
  • Inspect and test incoming components and materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support audit activities.
  • Collaborate across functions to support quality improvements and operational excellence.
  • Support additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in supplier quality, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capability.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D).
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Experience with switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems.
Additional information
  • 20 - 50% travel may be required; Must have a driving licence.
  • Frequent standing and working within a manufacturing environment; PPE required.
