Job summary

Cytiva, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead the SQE function within the Discovery unit. You will oversee supplier quality planning, audits, CAPA/RCA, and change management within Cytiva's QMS to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Collaborating with Global Sourcing and cross-functional teams, you will drive quality improvements, expand supplier qualification, and mitigate risk across global operations. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in supplier quality management.
• Experience in biotech/pharma industry preferred.
• Knowledge of qualification, auditing, CAPA/RCA, and change control.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in support of the Cytiva Discovery business Unit
• Manage the supplier quality planning, execution and compliance of work to Cytiva QMS with focus on supplier qualification auditing, supplier monitoring, CAPA/RCA implementation and supplier change management
• Implement an effective operations management within your team that drives adherence to Cytiva and regulatory requirements, ensures timely execution of work, and creates continuous team development and process refinement
• Support Global Sourcing quality initiatives and metrics
• Work closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders to support expansion, productivity improvements and risk mitigation while ensuring supplier quality
• Support the development of the Discovery supplier quality within the direction of the Discovery & Medical Senior Supplier Quality Manager

Who You Are

• A self-starter who enjoys driving improvement, leading, collaborating with teams and delivering impact
• A quality profession with a minimum of 4 years of quality related work experience, that includes direct experience in supplier quality management
• Experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably both.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management workstreams including qualification, auditing, change management, CAPA/RCA, QMS development and training program development
• The desire and ability to travel up to 30%
• Ability to develop, communicate and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to Cytiva, regulatory and industry requirements
• Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally).
