Eaton - Mission Systems Division (MSD) is the world's leading provider of hose and drogue Air-to-Air Refuelling (AAR) and Actuation systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and act as key contact for Suppliers and the SQ resource allocated to the team.
- Act as the Point of Contact for Quality Issues for all allocated Suppliers.
- Act as the POC for allocated IPT for issues that cross multiple SC streams.
- Maintain the Supplier List and Audit schedule for all allocated Suppliers.
- Meet the Supplier Quality requirements of the Supply Chain.
- Provide timely SQE Subject Matter Expertise.
- Conduct Supplier audits and development.
- Manage RCCA and NOE follow up.
- Attend meetings including MRB / EFRB / FRB and Tier Boards.
- Line management of SQEs, including tasking, performance management, and recruitment.
- Provide SQ skills to the SC team for Supplier selection, assessment, and management.
- Investigate Quality failures of Suppliers and ensure RCCA is performed.
- Ensure Quality Management System compliance throughout the Product Lifecycle.
- Generate Quality metrics and track to meet set targets.
- Determine and implement Quality improvement initiatives.
- Support inspection process adherence and product sign-off prior to dispatch.
- Cooperate with management to meet legal duties; comply with site Safety Health & Environment Policy.
Qualifications:
Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Quality Standards such as AS9100, AS9110, Part 21 (G), Part 145, DAOS.
- Good working knowledge of AS9145, APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, MSA, Cont Plans.
- Support structured problem solving and robust Root Cause and Corrective Action techniques (e.g., 8D, RCCA, 5-Why).
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
Core Competencies:
- Proven background in Supplier Quality and understanding of Quality tools and techniques.
- QMS implementation and auditing to recognized aerospace standards.
- Excellent root cause analysis and corrective action understanding.
- Core competency in one or more specialties: Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Composites.

Key Measures and Milestones:
- Monitoring and reporting of all allocated suppliers assessed as High Risk and under special measures.
- Reporting of Monthly Metrics.
