• Defines standard processes and documents process descriptions across segments.
• Analyzes reports and defective products to identify trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborates with suppliers to assure quality of products, materials and components.
• Performs reviews to improve quality assurance processes.
• Monitors supplier performance and supports changes to improve production.
• Processes internal and external complaints.
• Oversees incoming goods inspections and their impact on delivery terms.
• Translates and trains teams on industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitors audits to ensure QA system compliance.
