Job summary

Strong experience in quality roles and knowledge of ISO standards is essential. This is a permanent position with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Supplier Quality Engineer

We're looking for a proactive Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, and production teams to enhance quality performance and efficiently resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support supplier quality processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities, including documentation review, approval, and validation of supplier submissions.
• Investigate, document, and resolve NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and capability assessments.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and root cause analyses.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Supplier Quality Engineer or similar quality-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of PPAPs, NCRs, and quality management systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence supplier performance.
