A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to oversee supplier performance and ensure contractual requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier relationship management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive innovation and value. This position offers a salary of approximately £55,000 per annum and flexible working options.

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Indirect Supplier Management team as a Supplier Performance Manager to oversee supplier performance across our retained IT, digital, distribution and intragroup supply chain.
This is a key role within the supplier management function, responsible for maximising the value delivered by our partners. The role ensures the day-to-day performance of suppliers meets expectations and contractual requirements, while also proactively driving forward service improvements, innovation, value add and operational efficiency.
Working closely with Procurement, Business Owners, and Senior Category Mangers, this role will foster strong supplier relationships and ensure the right governance and performance mechanisms are in place to mitigate risk, drive value, and enhance service delivery across the operational supply base.
This role can be based from any of our UK offices, but you will be expected to be in the office up to 3 days a month.
You will be required to travel to supplier sites as required.
Pay: Circa £55,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
