Job summary

Benchmark Capital Limited in Horsham is seeking a Supplier Oversight Manager to strengthen our supplier governance framework within Finance. You will lead onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, contract management and performance reporting to support effective decision-making and risk control.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement and Risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust supplier management across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier oversight, supplier management, procurement, operational risk, vendor management or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, due diligence and ongoing monitoring processes.
• Experience maintaining supplier records, contracts and governance documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new suppliers and third-party arrangements, with due diligence and risk assessments.
• Oversee supplier criticality assessments and periodic reviews for compliance.
• Identify, assess and monitor supplier-related risks and escalate material issues.
• Maintain comprehensive supplier governance across the lifecycle and support KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk and Operational teams to drive improvements.
