Worcester Bosch is seeking a Supplier Development Controller in the Logistics Procurement Team to ensure timely material scheduling and inventory control across production and spares. You will lead supplier performance, foreign trade, and improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
You’ll manage around 70 global suppliers, coordinate daily/weekly schedules, chase overdue deliveries and drive continuous improvement in OTIF and delivery performance while supporting SAP-based processes.

Job Description We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics department at the Distribution Centre as a Supplier Development Controller!
As a Supplier Development Controller in the Logistics Procurement Team, reporting to the Procurement Team Manager, you will ensure timely and inventory sensitive scheduling of components to support both production & spares. You will also manage supplier performance, handle foreign trade and customs compliance topics and contribute to projects that improve procurement efficiency.

Degree in a Business Management / Supply Chain discipline is desired but not essential, or equivalent experience.
