Legacy Koncepts is a collection of unique operations focused on serving customers great food and drink at the Excel Centre London E16. Chozen founded in 2004 is a fresh fast Asian led food outlet. The double unit site located in the boulevard at Excel serves a wide range of hot and cold Asian Food. The business has developed outside the centre and can be found in over 25 locations throughout the UK. Wrapid is a Hot Wrap led business that provides a range of great wraps ready to go alongside a range of sandwiches and Lavazza coffee. Orzo’s Deli situated at the West entrance offers a range of hot and cold Italian food including Pasta Pizza and freshly made deli sandwiches. All the sauces and pasta are made on site to our own recipes.
Supervisor – Excel Exhibition Centre Outlets
Could you shine as Chozen Excel’s next Supervisor? We are looking for an energetic, and flexible individual to work with us in our thriving fast‑food outlets here at the Excel Exhibition Centre.
What We’ll Give
- £13.50 per hour, review in 6 months.
- Minimum 100 hours per 4‑week period, more in busy periods.

Role Description
This is a part‑time plus role for a supervisor located in the Excel Centre London. As supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage, but more importantly, lead a team of staff, ensure compliance with company policies and food safety, and coordinate team activities. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance, providing feedback, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Staff Management: Train and motivate a team of food service and kitchen staff to deliver high‑quality service.
- Daily Operations: Supervise the daily activities of the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR), ensuring a smooth flow of service from food preparation to customer delivery.
- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and providing a positive dining experience.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleaning standards, and health and safety regulations, including conducting regular spot checks and informing management if anything is not right.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock and cooking levels throughout the day to keep up with demand, maximise sales and minimise wastage.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring that products meet company benchmarks.
- Financial Management: Accurately process customer payments by inputting items correctly through the till, taking card and voucher payments and ensuring they have been approved. You must ensure tills balance at the end of the shift.
Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership & Training: Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff effectively and keep everyone on task.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and management to ensure we stay on track throughout the day and continually exceed expectations.
- Problem‑Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing schedules, monitoring forms, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene laws including an equivalent Level 2 Food Safety certificate.
- Technical Skills: Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for sales and accurate record keeping.
- Sales: Expert in menu items being sold to be able to offer customers recommendations and value and upsell at every opportunity to maximise revenue.
- Equipment: Have knowledge of how all equipment works and able to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Representation: Be an ambassador for Legacy Koncepts / Chozen Noodle Excel Group maintaining a positive brand image and always dress presentably.
Who you are

- Have previous Quick Serve Restaurant experience in a similar role.
- Have experience supervising teams.
- Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task and manage your own workload.
- Have knowledge of Asian and Italian food and other world cuisines.
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.
- Have a hands‑on and can‑do attitude to daily tasks.
In addition, the ideal candidate would have
- Ability to work at pace, whilst maintaining high standards with an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Some knowledge with Excel and Word.
- Excellent numerical skills and can handle large amounts of variable data to assist with ordering and manage stock levels.
