Overview

Charles Tyrwhitt’s purpose is to "make it easy for men to dress well". Our new Exeter store will open in February 2026 and is looking for a Supervisor to coach the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPIs and deliver first‑class customer service. The role is a 40‑hour contract, requiring flexibility across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximise KPIs.
  • Maintain a first‑class customer service and winning atmosphere.
  • Deliver product knowledge and sales training to team members.
  • Manage operational, compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily running of the store.
  • Adhere to company policy, Health & Safety, and security procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising.
  • Proven ability to prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
  • Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.
