Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Northallerton is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help create an exceptional store experience. You will lead by example, coach colleagues and support the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure product availability.

You'll complete the Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance, while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
