Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Topsham is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team for 20 hours per week at £14.52 per hour. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach colleagues and help customers find the right wellness products, while ensuring excellent in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
