From £12.31 per hour
15hrs per week

Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy. You’ll support the team to deliver everyday moments and stand‑out occasions in a busy, fast‑paced, fun environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead, motivate and model excellent customer service for the team and guests.
• Ensure the pub runs efficiently, profitably and delivers an experience guests return for.
• Open, close, stock, manage cash, and manage all aspects of the pub when wider management is away.

What you need

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership, motivation and customer service skills.
• Ability to think on the spot, be proactive and manage shifts effectively.
