Job Introduction

Join our team at Chivas Brothers as a Supervisor, where you’ll take the lead in delivering an exceptional catering experience across our front‑of‑house, retail, and coffee bar outlets. In this hands‑on role you’ll oversee daily operations, guide and support a dedicated catering team, and ensure our hospitality service meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you’ll uphold outstanding food hygiene, health, and safety practices – helping to create a workplace our clients and guests can truly enjoy.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service across all catering outlets, ensuring company standards, hygiene, and food safety are consistently maintained.
• Deliver excellent customer service by leading a friendly, responsive team that handles requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage and support front‑of‑house staff, including rotas, training, performance reviews, and maintaining high standards of appearance and conduct.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and allergen regulations, promoting a clean, safe, and well‑organised working environment.
• Operate and maintain business systems (including EPOS and hospitality processes), manage stock, and support management with operational and administrative duties.
