We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team at Severn Gorge. You’ll be right at the heart of the pub - creating moments of joy, supporting the team to deliver everyday moments and stand‑out occasions in a busy, fast‑paced, but fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team, sharing moments of joy with guests
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that keeps people coming back
• Use prior experience from a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Collaborate with the wider pub management team to ensure efficient and profitable operations
• Manage opening and closing duties, stocking and cashing up
• Serve as a role model for customer service
• Think on the spot and use initiative when needed
• Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when wider management is away
