Job summary

Bill's in Southampton is seeking a Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest service in a busy, friendly environment.

You’ll be a positive ambassador, lead by example, and keep the team on top form while delivering memorable dining experiences. The role offers in-role wellbeing support, development opportunities, and ongoing training at every level.
