Responsibilities

• Act as a role model of exceptional customer service for your team, helping them achieve targets and maximize sales.
• Share your product expertise with customers and assist them in making informed choices.
• Coach new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their retail skills.
• Represent the H. Samuel brand and culture in a business‑casual, fashion‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality needed to build rapport with customers.
• Ambitious mindset and desire to grow into your first management role.
