Role

The Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to step up as a sales and service leader on the floor. This role is for someone who leads through example, energises the team around them, and drives training and selling standards — without stepping into a people management position. You will:

  • Be the sales and service lead on the floor, driving KPIs and setting the standard for customer experience

  • Take ownership of new starter and ongoing team training, sharing product and selling expertise

  • Support the management team with daily operational tasks and boutique readiness

  • Act as a trusted go‑to for the team on product knowledge, styling, and clienteling best practice

What You’ll Do

Leading Sales & Customer Experience

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, acting as a role model for the team

  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and bring the MV story to life through elevated storytelling and styling

  • Lead by example in delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience at every stage of the journey

  • Utilise clienteling tools to build meaningful, repeat client relationships in line with MV guidelines

  • Confidently deliver all in‑store services including engraving, welding and aftercare

  • Champion the power of 3 and stacking/layering expertise to maximise basket size and client satisfaction

Training & Developing the Team

  • Take a lead role in onboarding new Sales Associates, sharing product knowledge and service standards

  • Support the delivery and completion of brand and product training programmes across the team

  • Coach colleagues in the moment — sharing feedback, demonstrating techniques and celebrating great practice

  • Identify skill gaps on the floor and proactively discuss with the management team with suggestions for development

  • Act as a product and styling expert that the team can turn to for guidance and inspiration

Supporting Operations & Boutique Standards

  • Support the management team with operational tasks including stock management, deliveries and stock takes

  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standard at all times

  • Ensure compliance with all MV procedures and policies, including accurate payment processing and cash handling

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high‑energy team environment

  • Support with opening and closing responsibilities as directed by the management team

What You’ll Bring

  • Sales & Productivity: You will drive sales and team productivity through commercial insight, optimising resources and ensuring clear target accountability amongst your team

  • High Performance Team: You will build inclusive, high‑performing teams through empathetic leadership and clear accountability

  • Service Excellence & Clienteling: You will elevate service excellence and client loyalty through personalised and memorable brand experiences

  • Operational Excellence: You will uphold luxury standards and operational efficiency through disciplined execution

To be successful at Monica Vinader, it helps if you…

  • Are hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and entrepreneurial

  • Collaborate openly with humility, honesty, and humour

  • Embrace learning, teaching, and personal growth

  • Stay resilient, adaptable, and self‑motivated in a creative environment

  • Speak up when you don’t know – and act fast to figure it out
